Furshman and Davis Family Chiropractic Centers Newsletter April 2007, Volume 1, Issue 4 April, think of the miracles... April is a time to observe the many miracles of God. Whether it be the miracle of Passover or the miracle of Easter, we take the time to observe. During the holidays we talk about faith and how incredible life can be with faith. However, we need to also have patience and realize that we may not always understand the direction of God's path for us and the timetable. Having children is a good example. My son can't yet grasp the concept that four bowls of ice cream per night could be less than good for him. He can't conceive how something so good can be bad. Even though he may not like my decision, no is no. I am his father and I will always try to lead him to better choices in life even if he cannot understand the reason why at this time. Many times in our life, we may not understand outcomes. God wants the best for us but we may just not understand. Instead we must have faith, as did Moses and Jesus. We must try and obey with the understanding that we are being protected by our "father". Finally, when my son is told no more ice cream, I expect him to respect his father enough not to keep asking. It is the same with God. He will give you the best answer, but respect the answer and do what you need to do despite the fact that you may have been hoping for a different outcome. As the seasons change and rebirth begins, make sure your family and friends are changing correctly as well. Make sure that those you love are subluxation free. HAPPY PASSOVER AND EASTER, GOD BLESS.
